Apology after picture of "wrong man" published by police

Cambridgeshire Police have apologised – after publishing a photo of the wrong man during their investigation into the Peterborough torso murder case.

The force says the picture was taken from a social media account and had been confirmed as a true likeness by his employers.

A 57 year old man’s appearing in court charged with murdering 42 year old Lithuanian mother-of-one Ramute Butkiene.
