Police to be trained in spotting radicalisation

Police officers in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire & Northamptonshire are being given extra training this week on how to spot signs of radicalisation.

It’s part of a national week of action to stop people becoming involved in terrorism.

Communities and families are asked to contact their local police force for advice and support about anyone they feel may be potentially vulnerable to being drawn into terrorist-related activities including travelling abroad to conflict zones.
