Students targetted in 'Drink and Drown' campaign

There’s a warning to young people in the Connect FM area to act responsibly near water after they’ve been drinking.

The Royal Life Saving Society says 1 in 4 adults that drown have alcohol in their bloodstream.

The organisation – which says students are a particuarly vulnerable group – has launched a new safety campaign backed by universities across the UK – including the University of Northampton.
