Man jailed for domestic violence offences

A man who carried out a string of domestic violence offences has been jailed for 15 years and placed on the Sex Offender Register for life.

Dean Futter, aged 25, from Orchard Close, Orlingbury, near Kettering, was sentenced to a total of fifteen years imprisonment, made up of the following:

”     Sexual assault – 12 years, plus three years extended licence.
”     Threats to kill  Four years (to run concurrently).
”     Assault causing actual bodily harm -16 months (to run concurrently)
”     Perverting the course of justice  One year (to run concurrently)
”     Wounding and inflicting grievous bodily harm  three years (to run concurrently).

He was sentenced at Northampton Crown Court on 30 November 2015.
