Eleven schools in the Connect FM area have been rated as ‘under-performing.’
Ten are in Northamptonshire.
That’s according to government figures and based on the proportion of pupils achieving five good GCSEs.
It’s the last time they’ll be rated that way.
In future they’ll be measured on results across eight subjects as part of plans to raise standards.
The eleven schools are:
The Voyager Academy, Peterborough
Weavers Academy, Wellingborough
DSLV E-ACT Academy, Daventry
Kingswood Secondary Academy, Corby
Malcolm Arnold Academy, Northampton
Wrenn School, Wellingborough
Rushden Community College, Rushden
Weston Favell Academy, Northampton
Montsaye Academy, Kettering
Daventry UTC, Daventry
Silverstone UTC, Towcester
