A study of people in Peterborough has found that starting a new habit while going through big life changes is more likely to be successful.

Researchers claim people are more open to new ideas and information whey do things like moving house or changing jobs.

Experts studied 800 adults in the city, looking into behaviours such as recycling, reducing food waste and energy use.
