Man prosecuted over village flytipping

A Corby man has been fined £600 pounds for allowing waste to be dumped in a village in East Northamptonshire.

Ryan Scott, who ran RJS Garden Services, pleaded guilty after the court was told he transferred the rubbish from his site to a man that wasn`t a registered waste carrier.

It was then dumped on Aldwincle Road in Wadenhoe.

An investigation ws launched last summer after reports of a number of incidents over the space of a few days and the waste traced back.
