Police are appealing for witnesses to an incident which took place in Northampton, on Tuesday, 8 March.
A woman was using a zebra crossing on Gladstone Road, Spencer, with her small child when a car failed to give way, resulting in the woman having to pull the child out of the way of the car. Neither the woman nor the child were injured but were shaken by the incident.
The car involved is believed to have been a red Renault Megane and was being driven by a black man.
The incident took place on the zebra crossing near Streatfield Road, at about 11.20am.
A bus was waiting at the crossing at the time and officers would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident.
