Peterborough United have parted company with manager Graham Westley after their defeat to Scunthorpe yesterday.

Posh lost 2-0 and are 14th in League One.

Assistant Grant McCann will take charge for the final two games of the season.

Meanwhile League Two champions Northampton Town have set a new club record as they extended their unbeaten run to 22 matches after a draw at Yeovil.

The game finished one goal each.

In the National League North already relegated Corby lost 3-0 at Stalybridge Celtic and Brackley drew 1-1 at Curzon Ashton.

In the Southern Premier Kettering have missed their chance of a play off place by one point despite beating Dorchester 4-1 and in the Southern Division one Central AFC Rushden and Diamonds are in the play off semi finals after they won 3-0 against Godalming.
