Councillors are today discussing the possible closure of two day centres for dementia sufferers in Northamptonshire.
The County Council is considering shutting Drayton Centre in Kingsthorpe and Stephenson Court in Kilsby.
Officials say alternatives would be found and the local authority would save 440 thousand pounds a year.
Meanwhile, plans for 105 more places at Wollaston Primary School are to be discussed by the Cabinet today.
There`ll be a two-storey extension to the building for three new classrooms plus an outdoor covered play area if the proposals get the go ahead.
