Three men who beat a woman – before threatening to pour boiling water on her – have been jailed at Peterborough Crown Court.
Officers were called to an incident in Cambridge in March – where Connor McGovern, Delano Johnson and Paul Burdon confronted the victim.
One of the men used a belt wrapped around his hand to hit her – leaving her needing hospital treatment.
The woman later told officers about the boiling water – and a warm kettle was found at the scene.
All three men were found guilty of ABH and sentenced to between two and three-and-a-half years in prison.
