A Corby man who paralysed two young sisters during a road rage chase last October has been jailed for four and a half years.
39-year-old Andrew Nay of Harrier Close had been tailgating a woman in another vehicle when he collided with an oncoming car on the A509 near Wellingborough.
Katrina and Karlina Raiba – now eight and six – suffered spinal injuries.
Northampton Crown Court heard their lives had changed “200 per cent” – and the judge described Nay’s actions as a “prolonged, persistent and deliberate course of very bad driving.”
In statement, he said he was “truly sorry for all the hurt, pain and devastation” he’d caused.
