But confidence in other local operators is dropping.
Transport Focus surveyed thousands of people who use routes serving Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire.
Overall satisfaction on East Midlands was up two percent since last Autumn – but fell two percent on Virgin.
Greater Anglia saw a steeper dip of five – down to 76 percent.
Nationally passengers criticised punctuality and station conditions – as well as flagging the issue of overcrowding.
