A Peterborough man who launched a furious drunken attack on his ex-girlfriend has been jailed.
Samuel Harbour had been to an event in Kings Lynn on 2nd June – but was thrown out for disorderly behaviour.
He asked the woman for a lift – and when she refused he stopped her from driving off and punched her in the face.
Harbour then drove at a man who tried to intervene before making off in the woman’s car.
Hours later he returned to the victim’s home – smashed a window – and attacked her with a vacuum cleaner hose before being arrested.
He’s been sentenced to more than two years in prison.
